When I asked IBM Support prior to an upgrade from 3.1.2.50->4.1.5.0
The recommended way from development people was to go to the latest
level of V.3.1 ( 3.1.2.50 -> 3.1.2.90 )
Then do an upgrade straight to V.4.1.0
After this to V.4.1.4.0 ( minor changes - beca
