For Legacy backups, RESOURCUTILIZATION will not do anything.
BUFFERS and BUFFERSIZE default to the optimum value as tested in the
lab.

Is the resourceutilization parameter in dsm.opt valid for the exchange client?
Also, are there any general guidelines for setting the number of buffers and
buffer size parameters?
I haven't found anything in the tdp for exchange manual, so thought I would try
here.
