If you created manual shorcuts, you will need to update them.

Exchange v2.2 already running on a system, and upgrade to ITSM for Mail
5.1.5, all of your old shortcuts are now "broken"

Actually, it doesn't require a TSM 5.1 server.
It should work fine with a TSM Server 4.2 or later.
There are some differences.

Trying to upgrade from v1.1 to 2.2 in an Exchange 5.5 environment. Have a
