TSM had a design change and no longer in
When you installed the 4.1 client - it should have automatically started
the configuration wizard (unless you already had a dsm.opt file). YOu can
select "Help me configure the TSM Client Scheduler" from the front screen.
To invoke this wizard at any time, Select Setup Wizard from the Utilities

You have to configure/name the scheduler. Use either command line dsmcutil command or
use GUI.
