You should use a unique nodename for your exchange TSM instance.
Kick off the tdpexc gui select the restore tab. You should be prompted
for your password. Enter it then it will be saved in the client
registry.

I was mistaken in my previous answer. Yes you can manage the tdp
scheduler service. Typically you create a different node name for each
schedule type. For instance "servername" for the BA backups and
