While installing TSM 6.2 server on LInux platform, i am getting the error
that my "user ID is not registered with database manager".
Does anyone has faced this issue? Does anyone know how to register user id
with database manager? My server is on linix platform.

Hi all,
Due to some raid driver corruption on one of our clients
that the OS was not registered.
Problem is that whatever option we choose in the dialog box (accept,

happens ...
Does anybody have an explanation / solution for this problem ?
Thanks in advance !

What happened is when TDP SQL is actually backing up and you
run your select, then you will get the correct count. As TDP SQL
runs from an NT client and you (probably) have scheduler setup
on the client, then when it finishes, the scheduler recontacts the

Dear gurus,
Tivoli needs an extra number of "Managed System for LAN" licences.
I have lots of scheduled backups of database via TDP for SQL (v2.2) and TDP for Oracle

The TSM server (v4.2.1.9) runs on AIX 4.3.3.
My environment is:
