Problem solved! I forget about HBA Bios. Guys some time ago upgraded QLogic HBA
firmware, by default in BIOS option "FibreChannel Tape support" is "disabled".
Yesterday i check HBA Bios on all windows servers, change this option to
"Enabled" and all worked fine!!!

1. If the TSM Client Windows Server see mt.0.0.0.4, then you have to
config the drive path on TSM Server for this storage agent as
mt.0.0.0.4, not mt0.0.0.2. On TSM Server, you define the drive as
mt.0.0.0.2 for TSM Server itself.
