made in windows.
The problem was resolved installing version 5.1.0.0

example:
cd /d c:\program files\tivoli\tsm\baclient
Then run dsmc like this:
dsmc i d:
What exactly do you see on the screen? If an error occurs, what is in
dsmerror.log?
