The schedule is a defined command
"C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\TDPExchange\tdpexcc.exe BACKUP * INCREMENTAL"
The same schedule works on 6 other Exchange server just fine.

No CMD file, we just run \tdpexcc.exe BACKUP * INCREMENTAL
