This is best done by either emptying the client file system and then doing
a last Incremental backup, or by creating an empty file system on the client

1. delete all the file spaces for the client {delete filespace
wait=no}
This deletes all references to the filespace and the files backed up
for that filespace from the TSM database
2. delete the client {remove node }
