Robert,
Set your mount retention on the storage pool down to 1 minute.
Also check the mount limit on the device class of your tapes, if you have this
defaulted that is why you are only using 2 of the 4 drives.

Hello Bob,
We also had an issue with the mount retention. At the present time our mount
retention is 1 minute.
We also made the decision to transfer all data to disk pool first and then to tape
pool. Restores from disk are 100 times faster than tape.
