By east of the UTC, I mean that when selecting the time zone, it has a plus
sign. For example, I am on the west coast, so when I go to set my time
zone, it is UTC-08:00. I believe that Israel is UTC+03:00, so you will need
to contact support and they will provide you a fix for OC.

About 2. I check my dsmerror.log and dsmsched.log are in format time of
MM-dd-
I check the file client-configuration.xml and the format there was dd-MM- .
I change it to MM-dd- , stop and start the service but still no output !
