barcode read you have to have library itself do an inventory, then run

Why when I perform the following:
audit library LIBRARYNAME checklabel=barcode, it does not appear to do an
actual scan using the barcode
reader at all. The only way I can get a true audit is to omit the
checklabel, which forces tape mounts, which
takes a long time to complete the audit
