service.boulder.ibm.com; I find its reliability much higher.

Could someone in IBM look into the FTP site problems?
Go to ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/storage/tivoli-storage-management
and you find it contains only bin, dev, and lib - the "maintenance"
tree is missing. (It was fine this morning.)
