There should be some accompanying ANR message nearby, such as ANR1420W: take a look in the Activity Log for volume issues. Also do 'Query Volume ACCess=UNAVailable' and correct any volumes with issues. I would also check the condition of prior Export volumes reportable via Query VOLHistory to g

I would hesitate to delete the "phantom" file spaces (if TSM lets you) unless you know they really aren't necessary. I agree, if Q OCC shows nothing, then the risk is probably minimal; just the same, I wouldn't be comfortable suggesting you delete them until you've had a chance to let the support t
