hell) and I was having to check out volumes that were in the copystgpool
so that I could make way for scratch tapes. Then the whole manual
procedure of getting the tapes back to scratch once they had been
recovered etc

I'm trying to get DRM commands installed for operations staff.
I'm trying to get DRM commands installed for operations staff. The desired
method is for an operator to issue a command from the console which is a
local script, in this case copied straight out of the TSM
documentation. The server is running AIX 4.3.3 and the script is Korn-shell.

Fred,
Primary storage pool volumes will be reclaimed as they always were. What they
mean is that when a copy storage pool volume is reclaimed it stays in an empty
state. This is because you have to physically bring it back from offsite storage

I brought the tape back on site and checked it into the library. DRM now
