The "NFS server bebes203 not responding" message suggests there is a stuck
NFS mount on the client BEEVSREF -- I'm guessing it was mounted via the user
IP address and not unmounted before the change.
The fix may be as simple as a umount and mount of the NFS share (if bebes203
isn't exporting the s

We have an old TSM server with 2 clients . We changed the user IP addresses
on the client servers and on the TSM server. We did not touch the backup IP
addresses. After the change I’m not able to run a backup.
I got on the client server :
PROD beevsref:/etc # dsmc
IBM Tivoli Storage

If you do have to change the server name, perhaps you could use a CNAME,
also known as a DNS alias.
For instance my test server is called nzwnstsm10002.ems.itf.nz.eds.com
