One thing I want to warn about using client encryption is that there are
two flavors:
- standard encryption, in which the client prompts for a password
- transparent encryption, in which the client generates the key and then
uses the server as an external key manager

Any idea about how to protect/encrypt the backup set ?
Requirement :- Need some kind of protection/authentication at the time of
restoring backup set data, so that even if backup set media lost, no one
can restore that data. Currently using LTO2 drives.
