I have noticed that within the Windows Services that are running - java.exe
seems to be the cause most of the time when the old ISC 6.0.1.1 stopped
working. Since I couldn't end the process I had to reboot the windows server.

I've just installed the Admin Center for 6.2 on a Windows 2003 box (W2K3
R2 SP2). Initially it ran fine, but after an hour or so I noticed that
the service had stopped. Now I'm not able to get connected to the TIP
anymore, although the service is running and I can do a telnet to port
