Could someone at TSM let us know if this is a forward or a reverse lookup issue. We
had the problem and it was fixed with the DNSLOOKUP NO setting.
We too wanted to solve the problem without using the option. We couldn't find any
issues with DNS. All our clients are set in DNS with dynamic DNS

I included DNSLOOKUP NO in my dsmserv.opt file an the performance problem is solved.
