Matt,
>From the TDP for SQL log you appended,
the TDP for SQL log backups are working fine.
There is something else failing or wrong in
your script that is causing a non-zero return
code to be sent back to the scheduler.
Better take a closer look at the script.

to an AIX 4.3.3 server run TSM server 4.2.0.0.
