In the Windows client manual, review topic "Before you perform an image backup" for the requirements for that kind of backup, and documentation of the IMAGETYpe option. The requirements are stringent. Richard Sims

Hi all, Has anybody encountered this problem before 'ANS1287E Volume could not be locked'? I'm trying to backup a drive D which has SQl server installed in it. For the image backup, i have add ' include.image D: imagetype=static ' in the dsm.opt and i run the backup ima
