Since we upgraded IBMtape from 3.0.3.2 to 4.0.4.7, mtlib and tapeutil are not
able to access any of our 3590's in a 3494.
Example:
mtlib -l magstor3 -f /dev/rmt/3st -qD
mtlib: Unable to open device special file /dev/rmt/3st: Permission denied

Use the command:
DSMSERV EXTEND LOG volname size
to extend the size of you logspace. The volname will need to be formatted with
DSMFMT prior to the EXTEND command.

file. It is currently owned by root. When we launch dsm as a non-root user,
it reports being unable to open dsmerror.log.
