While I can't explain the TSM server system error (RC1). I can tell you
that
the errors in the event log are a result of the TSM server system error.
I suggest contacting Tivoli support.

If you are using the command line agent, be sure to use
the /EXCSERVer option to specify the virtual name of the
exchange server.
Make sure the Exchange server is running on the same
machine as the agent.

TDP for Domino backs up Domino databases, based on their relative names.
It does not backup database links or directory links.
Example:
If DB1.NSF exists in the Domino data directory as a database
link to "E:\Somewhere\RealDb.NSF"
You would use TDP for Domino, specifing relative databa
TDP for Domino should not abend the TSM server no matter the level(s).
Are you sure the abend was not caused by the volume errors?
You may want to pursue this via the normal service stream...

. TDP for Domino, by default, will always backup
the active transaction log. You can stop the backup of the active
transaction
log by using the /THRESHold option, specifying an non-zero low threshold.
