We had some similar problems while integrating a SAN with StorageNet
(Brocade) switches and the Stornet 3200.
Problems disapeared after a firmware upgrade of the switch and the bridges.

TSM does not yet support ext3 filesystem, so you wont see these. Maybe
thats the problem.There is a hack somewhere, but when I tried it did not
work anyway...

Might it be that the new antivirus program touches each file, marking it
for changed since the last run?
What about going back to macafee, and drop Norton?

I try to have TSM 4.2.2, resp. the included ACSLSAPI programs (ssi,
mini_el) talk to a libstation running on OS/390.
No errormessage on startup /usr/tivoli/tsm/devices/bin/rc.acs_ssi, but
lbtest option 51 & 52 just dont give me something usefull back.
