does anyone know the proper configuration in ibmatl.conf for a serial
port in Windows for a connection to an IBM 3494 library manager.
I apologize if this sounds like a stupid question, but I couldn't find
anything in my reference guides, or library manuals. all I could find

We were told from a sales rep, and from what I assume after reading
IBM's very helpful information on licensing, that NDMP licenses have
been replaced with TSM "Extended Edition" licenses. Can anyone confirm

After everything is consolidated, we are considering attaching the
server to our LTO2 library, and move the data from one pool on the old
3490 tapes, to the new pool on the LTO2, although I don't know yet if
TSM 4.2 will work with the newer library/drives.

Is there a specific order that I should export / import?
I am trying to merge two TSM 4.2 servers into one by export and import
of the policy, and nodes. should I export the nodes, or the policy
domain first?
