what you can do with adsm to put your data offsite is to create a copy storagepool for your primary storagepool. then you copy your backup data each day to synchronise the primary with the copypool and at the end of the week you checkout all copypool tapes and take them to your bank. through space

i would not recommend to give adsm/tsm another behaviour than normal. you should be aware of the fact that you need not to perform full backups but have full restore sets available for each point in time. so why ? adsm isn't arcserve! so better try to understand adsms philosophy and technique rath
