With checklabel=barcode, all of the barcodes are read. This is then checked with the
internal memory of the library as to what the library's inventory says is where. The
tape is mounted, only if the barcode is mis-read.

If the destroyed offsite tape was moved to the VAULT with MOVEDRMEDIA, then MOVE DATA
will work. Since, "The TSM DB keeps track and knows" what data is where, the "new"
offsite volume will be reconstructed from the data in the onsite pool. It
