FYI, I was informed that ibm.com team is aware and working on the
problem where users get a 'server error' when trying to complete
software support registration form found
at http://www-120.ibm.com/software/support/ecare/login?action=register
FYI.. The Netscape issue was resolved.. It was an error with Netscape 7.0
and the way it read our pages.. We made some change to our pages and they
seem to be working fine.We also removed the "All support downloads"
box from the TSM pages only.. This is a temporary solution and will be
placed

1) IBM.com is reviewing the issue with Netscape 7.0 with the new web pages
and will get back to us with their findings in a couple of days.
2) Tivoli will be redirecting the tivoli.com TSM pages to a single page
that provides an explanati
n that the "All Support
Downloads" is
to get *all* Tivoli Products.
Unfortuneately that link to "All Support Downloads" will continue to link
back to the tivoli.com web site
until all data has been migrated to ibm.com.
