Oracle to TSM Backup Problem

TSM Chiefs! We have a Sun system running Sol 2.6 as a supported TSM client using an Oracle database. The way that this process is suppose to work is: Oracle is suppose to communicate with RMAN, RMAN is suppose to communicate with TDP and TDP is suppose to communicate with TSM API and TSM API
