We have TSM 4.2.1.7 on AIX 4.3.3 We have 3590 drives and we are looking at
utilizing the alternate pathing support and has anyone done this? How is it
configured and has it ever been tested?

Currently in lab we are trying to set up two AIX (TSM 4.2.0.1) Servers
that both can access a 3494 Library that have 2 Fiber attached drives. We
are trying to set up our servers to share the drives and maintain their own
tapes.

We Use Unicenter Scheduling and TSM 3.7. We are backing up AIX, SUN, and
NT boxes. I am looking for a script or some advice on how to calculate
and report the daily backup success(in percentages) by Nodes (not file
spaces).
