I have a question for you good folks,,, Quick Background: Op. System : SUN Solaris 5.7 TSM Version: 4.1.3 Client has a script that executes "dsmc archive" commands and they get intermittent "ANS1017E Session rejected: TCP/IP connection failure." errors... Problem is the TSM retries continuously

Hope someone can help or provide a little information. We're using TSM version 4.1 on AIX vs. 4.3... According to the TSM documentation you can define a Tape Device Class that uses a devide type of LTO. We have an LTO Library and are using LTO drives but I get an error message when attempting to d
