Cartridge Asssignment policy should allow different number sequences for each
virtual library to stop any problems that you might see, that's what we do.
Also, checkin libvol search=bulk status=scratch checklabel=barcode wait=0
will do it... for scratch anyway.. change as appropriate!

to have one for each of the logs mentioned in your dsm.sys file.

/usr/tivoli/tsm/tdp_r3/ora64/*.log to see if anything was updated here.
Or maybe /oracle/SID/sapbackup (if it's AIX).
You don't tend to get messages at the TSM server end, more the TDP side.
