Confused Over W2K Maintenance Level

Running W2K 4.2, when looking at the Tivoli MMC version information, TSM reports 4.2.1.69 and 4.2.1.68. When I check the Tivoli support web page the highest maintenance level I see is 4.2.1.20. Can anybody tell me how I can find what PTF level reflects what maintenance number? And, what is
