The AC only supports IE7 and IE8.
Some parts of it work with IE9, and some don't.
Try this:
Press PF12
That brings up the IE9 debug window
Change both Browser and Document mode to IE8 emulation; if that doesn't' work
try IE7 emulation.
(On some machines I get *faster* response with IE8 e
