This is possible but the replication process won't benefit from deduplication.
When replicating, data will be rehydrated by DataDomain, transfered from source
to target in native format then deduplicated by TSM server on target side.

A little informative question about Tsm replication. f during the process the
nodes in the source server are deduplicate with Data Domain and in the
target server the nodes will be deduplicate with Tsm deduplication , It's
possible ?
