What do yuo mean saing "TSM admin CLI timeout"? Maybe you are looking for
communication and idle imeout? Check dsmserv.opt for them.

which isn't the default (and in my experience isn't used all that
frequently). In more common usage a backup storagepool process will,
once invoked, read uncopied data from primary storagepool volumes and
write it to copy stora

clients are sending their backups to TSM server? If this happens, the
storage pool should read and write simultaneously which impacts backup
performance.
