You're gettings errors for door ipc files (type 9) and socket files (type 8).
Could they maybe be the cause for the ioctl error?
Exclude those files or maybe try TSM? :)

Unfortunately, you can save only DB2 in Mainframe using DB2 tools it is not
possible to send to TSM under distributed environment.
