Depending on the age of your library, you may need to run the configuration utility to set up LAN communications on the OS/2 machine which is the library manager. Most 3494's used by mainframes communicate via the controllers, not over the LAN. This is a one time set up, and if I recall correc

You need to find the reason a process ended. From what I have seen one of the processes will end because the next tape it needs is in use, it cannot get a tape drive or in the case of migration there is only one node left. I am sure there are other reasons. Andy Huebner -Original Message-
