Not the path, but I did vary the drive offline, to no avail. But trying a reset on the drive ( from the drive power switch) at least forced the error and the process finally died. Now to wait for IBM service -- the drive didn't reset and still shows an error code. Thanks -- Tom -Original M

In TSM Storage agent use guide, there is such a note, "Note that when using a shared ACSLS library, the library manager must be a Tivoli Storage Manager server on AIX, Solaris, or Windows", did anybody ever try this on Linux server?
