For reference, here's some SQL:
select node_name, filespace_name

(select distinct node_name, filespace_name
from occupancy o
where f.node_name = o.node_name and f.filespace_name = o.filespace_name)
or, without using subqueries (but won't work with TSM):
Dear all,
I've been experiencing backup problems. Well just after we upgrade from
TSM 5.2 to 5.3.2, the client backups go hay-wire.
Client at 5.3.4 with NO LanFree. TDP Version 5.3.3 on AIX 5.3.4 CSP.
In the LPAR, if TDP backup is good then the FS scheduler will die off and
vice versa. I've tried

OK, so that is your answer: the schedule fails to do a problem in the

running that script on this system if it isn't supposed to run there, or
diagnose the script failure. The first question is, does the script exist

You wouldnt be able to set up a copypool for the offsite copy it would
have to be another onsite pool. You could always try using the devcl

Lots of thoughts here and in no particular order.
1. Define the volumes rather than using scratch volumes for your file
device class pools. No point allowing the system to do this:
Define volume stgpool e:\of formatsize=5000 numberofvols=256
This command will format and define 256 volumes of si
We are also using Diligent ProtecTier, and are in the process of

As a result we are taking weekly full backups and the hyperfactoring is
great.. averaging around 30 to 1
Speed is also good hitting over 200mb/s (running to an EMC clarion)

The only thing I could suggest is to make sure you do not have a server
side command that runs for all servers in a given domain.

One of my TSM servers is using disk only for onsite pools and tape for offsite.
I am considering putting a SAN offsite to mirror my onsite diskpools thereby
doing away with tape all together. This server has about 12TB of storage. I
