EMC has the CDL. There are also many people using large disk subsystems like
the IBM DS4300 or DS6800 or the EMC Clarion or Symmetric. Then on this disk

If the tsm clients are running under linux, you could use CBQ (Class
Based Queueing) to perform traffic shapping on the output traffic of
the nic. This works pretty well.

I am using that kind of setup in my LAB Its a Library with the
type=file, the tapes are files of 5GB that is on one disk and I have
another disk for my COPYPOOL (offsite) with tapes that are also files of
5BG..

I don't see anything in the docs that indicate whether rebinding can occur
for image backups.
If rebinding an image snapshot is possible, it will only happen when you
take a new snapshot.

Has anyone worked with the IBM 4560 Library? I have an Overland Fibre
Card in it and am trying to get and LTO1 drive and an LTO2 drive to
work. I see everything fine in Windows 2003 server Device Manager but
TSM doesn see the LTO1 drive.

Perhaps you are missing the client's api which need to be installed with every
client.
You can download the client's api from IBM ftp like the client.
