The server BAckup STGpool command, or use of the COPYSTGpools
parameter of DEFine STGpool, will create the copy of server-stored
data. That is them removed from the library for offsite conveyance
via the TSM Disaster Recovery Manager MOVe DRMedia command (if you
have TSM EE) or MOVe MEDia command

I want to make copy of existing data stored through various client (separate
machines) and move those copy tape to Offsite.
