LTO mount/move error

Dear TSM-ers, I got LTO 3581 L17 at my office. Yesterday, I experience some weird problem, my LTO suddenly can't mount the cartridge into the drive. Besides the "E" on LCD, I got error sense data like this : 0123 45 67 89 AB CD EF 0123456789ABCDEF

TSM Point in Time Restore Question

I will attemp to describe the background and my problem, it's my first time posting though so if some of the terminology is a bit off, I apoligize. I'm trying to restore files originally backed up to a netware server. Restoring back to a netware server using 4.5.3 of the tsm agent for netware.
