I need to restore an exchange server. How can I find what tapes are
needed to restore a particular server?
I tried doing a restore and looking in the servers activity log, but
that yielded no fruit.
Suggestions please!

However, what I get are individual files and directories, not packages.
Will these still install with pkgadd?
Thanks for the help.

I have an LTO2 tape that is in a hung, "ghost" state, thus not allowing me
to delete/relabel it.
Here are the details.
The Library Manager for the LTO2 system says this tape was assigned (Q
VOLHIST says TYPE=REMOTE) to another TSM server.
However, the TSM server that is supposed to own this tape

Does that apply to ACSLS libraries that are Gresham controlled?

I had only one tape allocated to the pool and initially it was empty.
The Maximum Scratch Volumes Allowed is 0 (because I do not want this pool to
take tapes from scratch).
Of course I can allocate more tapes to this pool but I want to know why this
happened? Is it related to compression rate or ha

Look at the MAXIMUM SCRATCH VOLUMES ALLOWED parameter of the archive
