After restoring an Exchange database (Only the public folders store) with TDP
for exchange 5.2.1 on a duplicate machine :
Exchange 2003 + SP 1 + Hot Fixes
Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition
My TSM server vesrion is 5.2.3
When I tried to mount the public folder I got:

I also noticed that the modified date still shows up when you select view |
file details in the web client. So for now if your hotline needs to see that
information they still can, it just isn't nicely displayed in the columns.
