Chris - I would prefer to see an Activity Log message which matched the
client time message. If both ends see the session drop, neither did it,
and neither gets a good indication why, then it would have to be due to
something in between: network gear, or TCP/IP protocol stack in the OS.
One thing
Richard,
Would that be a "dsmc q backup ..." or "dsmc q archive ..."?? Just want to
be sure. Thanks

I'm not sure how your schedules/includes/excludes are setup, but it
seems odd that it's trying

Depeding on whether this is a TFS or NSS volume, you may also want to
risk doing a vrepair.

Greetings admin brothers and sisters,
I've had an issue with one of my clients for a couple of weeks that I'm unable
to correct. This is a Solaris client, version 5.2.2. The server is AIX,
version 5.1.6. The client schedule starts with no problems, and sometimes a

Central/*/Reports/Monthly/AGY*_Rpt_2004-06*
Would it just be dsmc restore
"/Central/*/Reports/Monthly/AGY*_Rpt_2004-06*"
Thank you in advance!
