This is not a puzzle for me, Actually I want to know how much data it can
compress, Is there any one using same tape library. Which helps to estimate
the total storage capacity.

on the client you can usually close the DOS box that pops up,
if that does not work, use killprocess or any other tool to kill the backup
(domdsmc).
Keep in mind if you do this when a transaction log backup is in progress you
have to restart the Domino Server

If you have some "Filling"/"Empty" volumes that are NOT "Read-Write", then
TSM will attempt to get one that is read-write, or attempt to get a
scratch volume if there are none. Then if your MAXSCR is less than or
equal to the number of scratch volumes used, you'll get a server out of
storage
