You do need to register some license when using ITSM. First you need to
install the ITSM license, found on the full (and bought) version of the ITSM
level you installed. This will clear the "try buy" things. Then you need to
register the ones you do use (4 * mgsyslan.lic, 1 * libshare.lic)
