Yep. See it on my busiest server, which is still at 4.2.1.15. Doesn't happen all the time, just sometimes. In my case it's usually when reclamation is running (because I'm ALWAYS running reclamation). I have always suspected it has to do with a lock issue somewhere, but have never figured it out.
